At DRILLCO TOOLS PERÚ S.A.C., we are dedicated to providing sales, distribution, and support services for drilling steels for the mining industry. This policy serves as a framework for establishing goals and objectives; therefore, we commit to achieving the following:

ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Requirement; 5.2.2 Communication of the Policy.

The policy must:
a) be available and maintained as documented information;
b) be communicated, understood, and applied within the organization;
c) be available to relevant interested parties, as appropriate.

ISO 9001 Requirement; 8.2 Requirements for Products and Services
8.2.1 Customer Communication
Communication with customers must include:
c) obtaining customer feedback related to products and services, including customer complaints.

ISO 9001:2015 Requirement; 4.3 Determination of the Scope of the Integrated Management System
The organization must determine the boundaries and applicability of the management system to establish its scope.
When determining this scope, the organization must consider:
a) external and internal issues referred to in clause 4.1;
b) the requirements of relevant interested parties referred to in clause 4.2;
c) the products and services of the organization.
The organization must apply all requirements of this International Standard if they are applicable within the determined scope of its quality management system.
The scope of the organization’s quality management system must be available and maintained as documented information. The scope must state the types of products and services covered, and provide justification for any requirement of this International Standard that the organization determines is not applicable within the scope of its quality management system.
Compliance with this International Standard can only be claimed if the determined requirements are met.

5.3 Roles, Responsibilities, and Authorities within the Organization.

Part of the Recruitment process must be evidenced.

8.2.3 Review of Requirements for Products and Services
8.2.3.1 The organization must ensure that it has the capacity to meet the requirements for products and services that are to be offered to customers. The organization must conduct a review before committing to supplying products and services to a customer, to include:
a) the requirements specified by the customer, including requirements for delivery activities and post-delivery;
b) requirements not stated by the customer but necessary for the specified or intended use, when known;
c) requirements specified by the organization;
d) legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the products and services;
e) any differences between the contract or order requirements and those previously expressed.
